1. About this policy
This policy covers Heaven’s Edge subscriptions, trials, locations and partner payout fees. It is effective October 6, 2026. Billing questions can be sent to the support email on our Contact page; never send card numbers or payment secrets by email.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Prices are USD per month before applicable taxes: Spark $37, Rise $97, Summit $127. There are no annual or usage-based plans and no per-staff, per-customer, per-QR, per-stamp or per-point charges. Subscriptions pay for software access, never a share of your sales.
3. Plan inclusions
Spark has one active location and one active loyalty program, stamps OR points, with branding, private pass/signup QR, staff checkout, guided/Milo/manual setup and basic customer reports. Rise adds multiple loyalty programs, noncash referrals and optional paid partners at one location. Summit includes all Rise features, two active locations and shared/location-only loyalty.
4. Additional locations
Each active Summit location beyond two adds $30/month to the same subscription and invoice: three locations $157, four $187. Draft locations are free. You will see a price quote before activating a location, and your confirmation is required before any change.
5. Trial and access after expiry
The seven-day no-card trial provides Rise features at one active location. Nothing is charged automatically when it ends; the customer expressly chooses paid checkout. Trial expiry pauses new earning, enrollment and publishing while retaining history and legitimate earned reward fulfillment and monetary obligations. Test and live records remain separate, including points balances; test points cannot fund live redemption.
6. Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions bill monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep access until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where we have billed in error.
7. Cash partner fees
Stamps, points and noncash customer referral rewards carry no payout fee. For cash affiliate payouts, each business’s first lifetime $10,000 of real completed payouts has no Heaven’s Edge platform payout fee. Only the portion above the allowance bears the approved Rise 2% or Summit 1% rate. The allowance does not reset on a plan change or additional location. Provider costs are paid separately by the business; the partner receives the full commission principal. Spark is loyalty-only, without cash affiliate access or a payout fee.
8. Manual payment and legacy records
Businesses pay partners themselves and record the actual paid date and reference. A recorded payment is not bank verification. Each payout batch keeps the plan and fee rate in effect when it was created, so later rate changes never reprice past or pending batches. Automatic payout routing and balance funding are not offered.
9. Changes, removal and downgrade
Plan downgrades and location removals take effect at the end of the billing period; you choose which programs or locations to keep where needed. Moving to Spark pauses referral and partner programs. History and earned rewards are kept, and outstanding rewards are shown for review before a location closes.
10. Cancellation, subscription refunds and disputes
Final refund, retry/grace, cancellation notice and market-specific consumer terms require operator/legal approval. Contact support for a subscription issue rather than assume an automatic refund. Merchant purchase refunds are handled by the business; they differ from a partner payout return. Points purchase reversals use original earned amounts, not current rates.
11. Taxes and notices
Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required. Check the amount and currency before confirming. You are responsible for your own business taxes and for settling with your partners. Nothing in this policy limits refunds or rights required by law.
