Your card, your rules
Choose what counts: a paid visit, item or purchase. State minimum spend and any supported stamp limits before customers join. Decide on a reward you can reliably honor.

A visible next visit
Customers open their private pass to see recorded stamps and available rewards. Your business can offer more than one card on Rise or Summit; each keeps its own progress.

Fulfillment belongs at your counter
Staff check the available reward and record redemption, then provide the free item or apply the discount in your own register. Scanning alone does not record a purchase.

Keep the promise clear
Merchant reward, eligible location and closure terms stay separate from platform terms and are saved with earned rewards. Closing or pausing a card does not silently delete valid rewards or history.
Spark includes one active loyalty program: stamps OR points. Rise and Summit support multiple. Stamp reward expiry is available only through supported settings; points do not expire.

Can I keep using my register?
Yes. Staff confirm purchases and apply rewards while taking payment through your existing checkout.
Does a QR scan add a stamp?
No. Staff must confirm a qualifying paid purchase.
