1. About this page
This page explains the cookies and browser storage used by Heaven’s Edge. It is effective October 6, 2026. We use only storage needed to run the service and remember your choices; we do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
2. Account sessions
Sign-in uses browser storage provided by our account service to keep you signed in and refresh your session. Clearing it signs you out. Session length follows the account service’s settings.
3. Workspace and checkout preferences
Browser local storage keeps selected business, location, program and partner/staff context so screens reopen in the relevant place. The sidebar_state interface preference cookie is configured for seven days where that component is used. They do not grant authority: server-side permissions and location checks still apply.
4. Applications and guided drafts
Applications and guided-setup drafts may be saved in your browser so you don’t lose work. This can include business details or unsaved reward settings. On shared devices, sign out and clear drafts when finished; never store payment keys or private secrets in a browser.
5. Points replay and referral context
Scoped pending points-redemption IDs may be kept in session storage to retry the same operation after an uncertain response, rather than create another debit. Customer enrollment can capture referral context. Such storage is not permission to redeem, prove payment or access another business’s data.
6. Retained referral redirect cookie
The retained referral redirect uses ah_vid, configured for 31,536,000 seconds (one year), with Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax attributes. It supports referral visitor recognition where that flow is used. These flags do not by themselves remove applicable notice or consent obligations.
7. Older online tracking
Older online-store referral storage (ah_ref) may remain in a browser from earlier versions. Online store attribution is not active, and we use no advertising pixels.
8. Providers and browser controls
Our hosting, account, font and payment providers process ordinary request and session data to deliver the service. You can inspect or clear storage in your browser settings. Clearing it does not erase purchases or reward history saved in your account, but may sign you out or remove unsaved drafts.
9. Consent and changes
Because we use only storage necessary to provide the service you request, we do not show a consent banner. If we ever add optional analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
