1. About these rules
These rules explain how customer stamps, points and referral rewards work on Heaven’s Edge. They are effective October 6, 2026. Each business sets and honors its own rewards; Heaven’s Edge provides the software that records them.
2. Who promises the reward
Businesses set and disclose qualification, reward, participating location, supported stamp expiry, contact and closure terms separately from platform policies. Earned rewards preserve their terms and scope snapshot; changing a program does not silently rewrite them. Merchants are responsible for honoring promised rewards. Program/location closure does not automatically transfer, expire or delete earned rights. Cross-location reassignment is not offered. Platform facilitation does not exempt Heaven’s Edge or a merchant from applicable legal duties.
3. Enrollment and private identity
Join the business’s active program through its public signup page or attributed referral link. Your customer identity belongs to that business; balances remain separate per program. Use your private pass for staff lookup, not public posting. Enrollment is not proof of payment or marketing consent.
4. Stamp qualification
The merchant states which qualifying paid visit, item or purchase earns a stamp and the target for a reward. A scan, signup or unpaid booking does not earn. Supported minimums, limits and any stamp reward expiry must be disclosed. Existing stamp history is distinct from points.
5. Points earning and catalog
Points are whole numbers earned either per eligible paid dollar before tax and tips (rounded down) or at a fixed amount per qualifying paid visit. Each business sets a catalog of noncash rewards and their point costs. Points cannot be bought, transferred or exchanged for cash, are not gift cards, and do not expire. Your private pass shows your balance and available rewards for each program; points are never pooled across businesses.
6. Customer referrals
A referrer shares a personal link. A genuinely new customer’s qualifying first paid purchase can unlock the stated noncash referrer reward. The optional newcomer benefit is separate. Self-referral, fabricated identity, duplicate qualification, clicks and enrollment alone do not qualify.
7. Missed receipts
Normally staff add stamps or points at the counter after you pay. If you forgot your card, you can send a photo of your receipt from your card page. It stays pending — nothing is added — until the business reviews it. If approved, the business’s program rules in effect at approval decide what you receive, exactly as at checkout. Each receipt can only count once, for one customer. If it’s rejected you’ll see the reason and can send a corrected receipt.
8. Staff-confirmed fulfillment
Customers can select an available reward. Assigned staff checks location and eligibility and, for points, reviews cost/current/after balance before confirming. Staff provides the item/service or applies the discount in the merchant register. There is no automatic POS discount or customer self-redemption.
9. Locations and earned terms
Summit supports shared or location-only loyalty within one business. Earned rewards preserve catalog/merchant terms and participating location snapshots; later edits do not silently rewrite existing rights. Cross-location reassignment is not built. Use the disclosed location/contact and ask the merchant about closure arrangements.
10. Refunds and reasoned corrections
A purchase refund reverses the exact originally earned points once. A negative balance offsets future points and prevents redemption below cost; fulfilled goods are not automatically clawed back. Authorized reasoned corrections leave history. Stamp/referral changes follow their recorded rules and applicable rights; no fraud-proof promise is made.
11. Pause, trial expiry and closure
The seven-day no-card trial provides Rise features at one active location. Nothing is charged automatically when it ends; the customer expressly chooses paid checkout. Trial expiry pauses new earning, enrollment and publishing while retaining history and legitimate earned reward fulfillment and monetary obligations. Test and live records remain separate, including points balances; test points cannot fund live redemption.
Pausing or closing a program never silently erases or expires rewards you have legitimately earned, and points do not expire. Businesses must explain how outstanding rewards will be honored before closing.
12. Privacy, communications and disputes
Marketing emails are a separate optional choice. Service emails about your rewards and redemptions are sent to your verified address; SMS is not offered. Contact the business about reward value, qualification or fulfillment, and Heaven’s Edge support about account or record issues. Never include private pass codes in emails.
