Per-dollar points use eligible paid amount before tax and tips. Your team records the paid purchase, not a reservation or table scan.
Clear menu promises
State the item, exclusions and supported stamp reward expiry. Points do not expire; do not advertise expiring point balances.
Friend referrals come later
Referrals qualify after a new diner’s first eligible paid purchase. This is not a booking system or an automatic referral discount.
Can I use my current checkout?
Yes. Staff take payment and apply the benefit in your own register, then confirm the qualifying purchase in Heaven’s Edge. There is no POS integration.
Which plan should I start with?
Spark supports one active stamp or points program at one location. Rise adds multiple loyalty programs and referrals. Summit adds shared or location-only loyalty with two included locations.
