1. About these terms

These terms are provided by Heaven’s Edge, which operates the Heaven’s Edge software service. They are effective October 6, 2026 and apply to everyone who uses the website, app, customer passes or staff checkout. Questions can be sent to the support email listed on our Contact page; never send private pass codes, passwords or payment secrets by email. Nothing here limits rights you have under laws that cannot be waived by contract.

2. Service scope

Heaven’s Edge provides in-person loyalty stamps, redeemable points, noncash customer referrals and optional paid local partner programs. Businesses define qualification and rewards; assigned staff confirms qualifying paid purchases and redemption. The platform does not replace the merchant register, integrate with POS, supply a partner marketplace or automatically apply register discounts.

3. Accounts and authority

Owners create an account by starting a program; invited staff and partners join through their invitation. Keep account details accurate and credentials private. Owners manage team access; staff have checkout authority only for their assigned locations, not finance authority. Important actions require current permission and an explicit confirmation.

4. Loyalty and customer referrals

Points are whole integers earned per eligible paid dollar before tax and tips, rounded down, or at a fixed rate per qualifying paid visit/purchase. Each business sets a catalog of noncash rewards and point costs. Points cannot be bought, transferred or redeemed for cash, are not offered as gift cards, and currently do not expire. This description does not override any mandatory legal classification or customer rights in applicable markets.

Stamps count disclosed qualifying paid visits/items/purchases toward a merchant-defined benefit. Customer referrals unlock noncash benefits only after a genuinely new customer’s qualifying first paid purchase; optional newcomer benefits are separate. Scans, clicks and enrollment alone do not earn.

5. Merchant promises and closure

Businesses set and disclose qualification, reward, participating location, supported stamp expiry, contact and closure terms separately from platform policies. Earned rewards preserve their terms and scope snapshot; changing a program does not silently rewrite them. Merchants are responsible for honoring promised rewards. Program/location closure does not automatically transfer, expire or delete earned rights. Cross-location reassignment is not offered. Platform facilitation does not exempt Heaven’s Edge or a merchant from applicable legal duties.

6. Plans and trial

The seven-day no-card trial provides Rise features at one active location. Nothing is charged automatically when it ends; the customer expressly chooses paid checkout. Trial expiry pauses new earning, enrollment and publishing while retaining history and legitimate earned reward fulfillment and monetary obligations. Test and live records remain separate, including points balances; test points cannot fund live redemption.

Monthly USD prices before applicable tax: Spark $37 for one active location and one active stamps-or-points program; Rise $97 for one location, multiple loyalty programs, referrals and optional paid partners; Summit $127 with two active locations and all Rise features. Each additional active Summit location is $30/month on the same subscription and invoice; draft locations are free.

7. Partner commissions and payments

Stamps, points and noncash customer referral rewards carry no payout fee. For cash affiliate payouts, each business’s first lifetime $10,000 of real completed payouts has no Heaven’s Edge platform payout fee. Only the portion above the allowance bears the approved Rise 2% or Summit 1% rate. The allowance does not reset on a plan change or additional location. Provider costs are paid separately by the business; the partner receives the full commission principal. Spark is loyalty-only, without cash affiliate access or a payout fee.

Authorized merchant finance verifies local partner claims. Businesses pay partners externally and record actual date/reference. A batch, export or merchant confirmation is not a bank transfer or proof of bank settlement. Automatic Connect funding, balance reloads and routed payouts are not available.

8. Milo and your decisions

Milo offers guided choices, optional AI suggestions and drafts for local setup. AI suggestions can be wrong; you are responsible for checking their cost, accuracy and legal suitability before launch. Manual editors are always available. Saving a draft is not a launch, and chat alone never moves money, sends messages or changes rewards.

9. Branding, content and acceptable use

Businesses may add their authorized logo, banner, colors, program and location details within the current layout. The linked Powered by Heaven’s Edge footer remains visible. No white-label or custom-domain right is offered. Provide accurate lawful content and do not submit fabricated receipts, impersonate others or misuse private passes. 10. Data, records and availability

Customer progress is kept separate for each business and program. Authorized exports, corrections and refund reversals keep audit records. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”; we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, business results, return on investment or error-free operation, and we do not perform financial reconciliation for you.

11. Disputes, liability and changes

Raise reward or purchase disputes with the business and account or record issues with Heaven’s Edge support. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heaven’s Edge is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. You agree to indemnify Heaven’s Edge for claims arising from your rewards, content, partners or breach of these terms. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use policy, with notice where practical. We may update these terms and will post the new effective date here; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Heaven’s Edge is established, without overriding mandatory consumer protections.
