Balances mean the whole history
Point balances use the full append-only ledger, not just the visible history page. Each program and test/live environment stays separate.

Corrections leave a record
Authorized corrections need a reason. Refunds reverse the original earned points rather than applying today’s rate; a negative balance offsets future earnings without clawing back fulfilled goods.

Useful evidence, not an ROI promise
Recorded spend is activity captured through Heaven’s Edge—not total revenue or sales caused by the software. The subscription break-even scenario uses owner-estimated contribution after associated reward costs, rounded up to whole genuinely additional purchases. Unknown costs stay unknown.
No full accounting, automated tax filing or guaranteed return is offered. Test points and purchases cannot fund live reward fulfillment or payouts.
