Milo AI assistant

Choose. Adjust. Review.

Milo helps local owners bring customers back, choose affordable rewards and understand recorded results through guided choices, editable estimates and optional AI reward ideas.

See it in practice

Milo AI assistant, made concrete.

Example: choose Points, ask for café reward ideas, select a coffee reward, change its cost and review the draft. The idea is only a starting point; your owner-confirmed launch is separate.

The everyday flow

A clear next step.

  1. 1

Choose Loyalty, Refer a friend or eligible Paid partners.

  2. 2

Set your reward and optional rules; request AI ideas if useful.

  3. 3

For multiple locations, choose Shared or One location.

  4. 4

Review editable details and save a draft. Launch only through a separate owner confirmation.

01

Short setup, business context included

Loyalty and customer-referral setup use two screens for a single location, or three when choosing location scope. Milo carries known business context instead of asking you to repeat it.

02

Useful AI suggestions, editable settings

An authenticated request can suggest reward ideas. Selecting one fills editable fields—including points catalog options. Optional merchant terms and rules stay under your control; static illustrations on this site are not live AI output.

03

Manual controls are always available

Use the full editor for direct customization. Optional business estimates support integer-calculated reward forecasts and subscription break-even scenarios. On-demand weekly check-ins use recorded aggregates, not AI arithmetic. Staff checkout, receipt review and finance retain their own authorized workflows.

04

You remain the decision-maker

Milo creates reviewed drafts and checks current permissions. A draft is not live. Chat cannot independently launch programs, send messages, approve commissions or move money.

Program choices follow your plan. Spark has loyalty; Rise and Summit add referrals and paid partners. AI ideas can be imperfect; review economics and promises before saving.

A couple of good questions

Must I use AI?

No. Use guided forms without requesting ideas, or open the manual editor.

Can Milo publish by itself?

No. Saving a draft and owner-confirmed launch are separate actions.
